OUR COLLECTIVE
Our collective was born from fortunate meetings and a shared conviction: working together allows us to go further, with greater fairness and lasting impact. This approach gives us:
-
A living experimental ground — within our collective, we have our own space to explore, test, and refine what we then apply in our engagements.
-
Real life, no theory — by experiencing the real challenges of working collectively ourselves, we directly shape our approach and interventions.
-
Multiple perspectives — working together enables us to multiply viewpoints and enrich our analysis.
-
A rich diversity of people and expertise — our backgrounds, experiences, competencies and personalities complement and respond to one another.
-
Greater stability over time — personal cycles may vary, but the collective provides continuity.
-
And simply put, the joy of being together — including with our loyal companion and mascot, Zola, who brings warmth and good cheer to the codevelop adventure.
Ethical & Quality Manifesto
Impact & Sustainability
We design our approach with a primary focus on sustainable change. This sometimes requires detours and always involves an iterative process of experimentation, carried out together with you.
We only accept assignments where we are convinced we can create real impact.
Complementarity & Growth
We collaborate with you — and among ourselves — as an interconnected, interdisciplinary collective.
We place great importance on both individual and collective development through continuous learning, ongoing exchange, and peer supervision.
Transparency & Partnership
To create meaningful impact, we are committed to communicating and acting with Radical Candor®, combining care for relationships with transparency. This means regular, dedicated exchanges focused on shared progress.
Who we are
We are a collective of professionals with diverse skills, working together to promote organisational development and unlock the potential of each individual.
The Creative Explorer
Simone is driven by an ongoing quest for innovation and creativity. Convinced that curiosity and learning are essential to any transformation, she has shaped her career around disciplines as diverse as finance and human development, in order to build solutions tailored to today’s challenges.
Her professional choices, guided by a desire to explore the unknown and to spark change, lead her wherever new ideas and projects in the making call to her. With an openness to the world developed through experiences in many countries and across diverse cultures, she brings a unique and inclusive perspective to her practice.
She perceives what is invisible in the details and goes beyond the apparent problem, offering fresh perspectives. Always ready to question the status quo, she is convinced that every situation can be improved.
Today, Simone continues her exploration of creativity and complex systems, which she sees as an enriching journey.
To recharge, she turns to nature through hiking, as well as to the arts such as watercolour painting and music, finding in these practices a balance between reflection and expression.
The Architect of Possibilities
Laurence combines expertise and creativity in the art of facilitation and support. After more than twelve years of experience in the corporate world, she chose to shift towards consulting, driven by a need for freedom and a passion for human development. Her background, at the crossroads of hands-on experience and theoretical knowledge, enables her to support her clients with clarity and innovation, even in complex environments.
Her approach is built on three key elements: the spark to initiate change, the light to clarify unclear situations, and creativity to open up new perspectives. She excels at finding meaning within complexity and connecting ideas to offer tailored solutions. Her ability to build trust and adapt to the unexpected is a major asset. At the heart of her work lies a touch of humour, transforming each challenge into a lever for sustainable transformation.
Today, she is deepening her expertise in collective dynamics, particularly resilience and the emotional challenges faced by groups, in order to support teams through their transformations.
To recharge? Nothing compares to walking alone in nature — a true luxury that nourishes her inner balance and strengthens her approach.
The Artisan of Doubt
Steffen stands out for his open and adaptable approach. Constantly seeking new perspectives, he navigates complexity with natural curiosity and a genuine desire to understand underlying challenges. Passionate about differing viewpoints, he approaches each situation with the intention of fostering constructive exchanges and shedding light on new and relevant paths.
Steffen favours a personalised approach, adjusting his interactions to the needs and aspirations of those he supports. He offers tools for reflection and analysis that open up new perspectives, encouraging both personal and professional growth. In constant evolution, he has developed across a wide range of dimensions, continually exploring the subtleties of human and group interactions.
In his work, Steffen remains flexible, responding to the changing needs of individuals and teams without being confined by predefined methods. Within teams, he cultivates a collaborative and motivating environment, where each project becomes an opportunity to learn and move forward together. His approach is to accompany others on their own journey, helping them write their story, one chapter at a time, with patience and reflection.
The Weaver of Connections
Laurence enjoys untangling in order to rearrange. Intuitive and deeply convinced that everything is interconnected, she loves creating links — between people, ideas and projects. Where others see knots, she sees connections to be clarified, bridges to be built and potential to be revealed. Her approach combines pragmatism with attentive care for each individual, enabling teams and individuals to fully develop and move forward together.
The common thread throughout her journey has always been people, relationships and development. With nearly ten years of experience leading teams in diverse and multicultural contexts, she has consistently prioritised fostering cohesion, meaning and engagement. Through a creative yet grounded approach, Laurence enjoys conceptualising and questioning, allowing ideas to circulate and turning them into tangible actions.
Today, she explores collective dynamics — often complex — always with the desire to create meaning and fluidity, for herself and for those she supports.
To recharge, Laurence enjoys connecting with nature through hiking and trail running. She allows herself moments of introspection and takes pleasure in creating and organising, finding in these practices a balance between action, reflection and care.
